GMC Rifle Team Posts Strong Results, Earning Multiple All-Star Honors

The GMC Bulldogs Rifle Team delivered a memorable performance over the weekend as Skylar Sanford and MacKenzie Sookhoo once again showcased the discipline and focus that have become trademarks of GMC Rifle.

In Smallbore, the Bulldogs took the line determined to make a statement among a field of 52 competitors. Sanford posted an impressive score of 561, securing 4th place, while Sookhoo followed closely with a 559 to finish 7th. Their strong performances earned both athletes' spots on the Smallbore All-Star First Team.

The momentum continued in Air Rifle, where 54 competitors vied for top honors. Sookhoo delivered another standout showing, finishing 10th in a tight field. Sanford followed with a solid 17th-place performance. Sookhoo's consistency earned her a place on the Air Rifle All-Star First Team, another milestone in her steadily rising career.

As the weekend concluded, both Bulldogs were recognized with major awards for their excellence across both guns. Sookhoo was named to the All-Star First Team for both Smallbore and Air Rifle, underscoring her consistency throughout the event. Sanford was selected to the All-Star Second Team for both guns, a testament to her growth, and competitive spirit.
